We deliver our products to homes and relay points via Chronopost . Parcels are delivered to your home against signature . Our order processing times are 3 to 12 working days on average (excluding weekends and public holidays) for mainland France and 4 to 14 working days on average for orders outside mainland France.

We deliver in France and in the DOM-TOM.

Abroad we deliver to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, -Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Czechia

From your "My Account" space, the status of your order remains as " in process " until it is delivered. Once your product has successfully passed our control process, it is returned to its original packaging, packaged in our packaging and then shipped by Chronopost . You will then receive an e-mail containing a link with a tracking number (tracking) which allows you to follow its routing. After receipt of this e-mail, delivery takes place within 2 working days . For home delivery, if you are not at home on D-Day, Chronopost can offer to reschedule a delivery, deliver your package to a trusted neighbor or to a relay point near you. For delivery to a relay point, you will be informed as soon as your package is available for collection.

If you have not yet received your tracking number from our carrier Chronopost, this means that your order has not yet been dispatched and is on its way to our premises or in authentication course. As soon as it is delivered to our carrier Chronopost, you will automatically receive an e-mail containing the tracking number (follow-up) as well as a link to follow its routing.

Our order processing times are 3 to 8 working days (in mainland France, excluding weekends and public holidays). They may be exceeded depending on market conditions, product or carrier availability. For better handling of your request, have your 5-digit order number preceded by a hashtag, which you can find in your order confirmation email.
