Return policy

Some products are not eligible for return:

-Accepted: Products in stock (specified 48h delivery)

-Not accepted: Personal shopping products (unspecified 48h delivery)

Indeed, the parties agree that once the General Conditions have been accepted, the customer will not be able to cancel his reservation according to the following applicable regime:

  • Hype Reserve does not have a cancellation or refund policy for a “personal shopping” service once the customer has made payment.

Indeed, as soon as you order, we start the search, this search being unique and the work started, you can neither retract, nor make a request for reimbursement. (see T&Cs)

Return procedure for accepted products: Return an unwanted item?

Any return request must be reported by email to our customer service at info@hyperreserve.com accompanied by your order number within 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order.

Sometimes things don't go as planned and you just want to return your item to us for a refund. Rest assured, as long as an item is still in its original condition and accompanied by its box, double laces... you can make your purchase, subject to strict compliance with the following rules (product in its new condition and accompanied by its box original, double laces, badge, brand sticker None of these rules affect your statutory rights.

If you return an item within 14 days of receipt for a refund, we will issue a full refund to the payment method used to order out for orders made in store, the refund will be issued in the form of a voucher.

We do our best to provide you with a refund within 5 days of receiving the returned item.

Deadlines have passed

We do not accept returns of unwanted items after the return period mentioned above. If you attempt to make a return, we may have to resend it to your default shipping address and ask you to bear the shipping costs.

Product Condition

Cannot be returned:

– the products worn:

The products you return must be unworn and in their original packaging perfectly intact. They must not include no signs of wear or use. The seal must not be removed: it allows us to ensure that the product is the one we sent you. Upon receipt of the package, our team will assess the condition of the returned product(s). No return will be accepted if the returned product has been worn, soiled, damaged or if the seal has been removed.

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return!

Returned products must be sent within a separate shipping package , in order to avoid any damage to their original packaging. Your return may be refused, or compensation may be claimed if the original packaging of the returned product reaches us damaged. 

We are not responsible for items returned to us in error. If we are able to locate the items and you want them returned to you, we may ask you to bear the cost of delivery.

Proper use

If we notice an unusual pattern of returns, for example, if we suspect that a customer is carrying the items ordered only to return them for a refund, or that he/she orders and returns excessively items, or if we find that he/she is returning items that are not what he/she ordered, we may need to deactivate his/her account and all associated accounts. If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please contact customer service and we'll be happy to discuss this with you.

If your account has been deactivated and you should make a valid return, please contact our customer service. You will receive a return label but you will have to pay the return postage.

Please note that we reserve the right to take legal action against the customer who returns items that he/she did not order.

How to exchange an item?

We do not accept exchanges. If you would like an item in a different size or color you will need to return the item to us and place a new order.

Return costs are your responsibility.

All you have to do is send us your return request by email to the address info@hyperreserve.com within 14 working days of receipt of your order. Following your request, you will receive an email indicating the procedure to follow.
