The Converse Run Star Hike Hi JW Anderson Black features the upper of the classic Chuck Taylor All Star in a black canvas upper that rests on a chunky hiking shoe-inspired sole. This takes up the codes of the Run Star and consists of a cream foam midsole as well as notched rubber details in gum and black. We also find the Converse logo on the sides of the pair as well as an embossed red star on the heel.
By playing on the contrast of proportions and merging two Converse models, JW Anderson and the American brand offer a pair with a unique aesthetic.
