The Beaverton outfitter pays homage to the Air Max 1 Atmos Safari from 2002, the first collaboration between Nike and the Japanese shop of Hirofumi Kojima , responsible for collaborations.
The Nike Air Max 1 Safari Cobblestone unveils a mixed base in suede and dark beige leather . A textured safari print covers the mudguard and the collar. Yellow laces sit on the tongue and match the heel intricately. We can also see a mini-swoosh of the same color on the tip of the shoe. The panels display a light blue swoosh that enhances the whole thing. A limestone beige sole with an aged effect completes the design by Tinker Hatfield.
