The Nike "On Air" competition organized by Nike each year allows independent designers to reclaim the brand's emblematic silhouettes at the swoosh. The Nike Air Max 97 is one of the flagship models of this competition. Jasmine Lasode is inspired by a London “date” London Summer of Love !
The pair adopts a summer color palette, combining yellow, green, blue, orange and pink. Representing the designer's amorous emotions and the English neighborhood of Camden, the colors of this Nike Air Max 97 London Summer of Love combine with a white base contrasted with a black outsole. In terms of details, we find the inscriptions "97P" and "Good Chat" on one of the undulations and the heel tab. Finally, the air bubble in a yellow/orange gradient symbolizes the sunset!
