Nike through its Nike "On Air" competition allows independent designers to reinvent legendary models from its history. One of the highlights of this program is the Nike Air Max 97 Shanghai Kaleidoscope created by Cash Ru.
To develop this pair, the artist was inspired by the city of Shanghai. This model is composed of a sky blue base mixing suede and black leather TPU on several layers. Notes of white give an airy side to the look of this Air Max 97. The design of the pair is embellished with red details, such as the Nike swoosh.
Three swooshes on the insoles, accompanied by the same number of pull tabs on the heel and the tongue, complete this Shanghai Kaleidoscope version like a final signature.
